Use of and access to www.putimeditation.com (“Site”), intentional or no, is only authorized upon recognition of and agreement to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”) by visitors to www.putimeditation.com (“Visitors”). This Agreement between Visitors and the Canada Bodhi Dharma Society. (“the Society”) is binding and designed for the protection of the Society and the Site’s on-going availability to the public. Visitors who do not agree to the Terms should leave the Site immediately.
At any time, the Society has the right to amend or modify these Terms without notice. Please return to this page as frequently as needed to remain informed of any alterations.

INDEMNETY
By visiting the Site, Visitors agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Society and its employees from any and all liabilities and/or costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred by any indemnified party in connection with any claim incited by any breach in these Terms of Use made by you, the Visitor. You agree to cooperate fully in defence of the Society with regard to any such claim.

Visitors understand and agree that use of the Site, or any material available therein, is at each Visitor’s own risk. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither the Puti Meditation Society, nor any of it’s employees may be held liable under any circumstances for any incidental, direct or indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages that are incurred as a result of, or an inability to, use the Society’s site: this includes, but is not limited, to computer failure or malfunction (including other damage) and/or loss of anticipated profits, business, data, goodwill, and/or revenue.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
The Society may post job opportunities on the Site for Visitors to consider. If a Visitor chooses to submit personal information so that they may be considered for a position advertised on the Site, said Visitor understands that submission is NO FORM of promise or guarantee of employment or consideration by the Society. The personal information submitted by such a Visitor may be used by the Society internally to asses Visitor’s suitability for a position and may be used to contact said Visitor for follow-up.
OTHER
These Terms, as an Agreement between Visitors and the Society, operate to the fullest extent permissible by the law. If any provision herein is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, all other provisions retain full power, validity and enforceability.
This Agreement is governed by the law of the Province of British Columbia, Canada (“Law”). Visitors agree to submit to the selective authority and jurisdiction of the Law for the resolution of any and all disputes, actions and/or proceedings resulting from any use, or inability to use, the Site.
