TWO-DAY INTRODUCTORY PROGRAM [ENGLISH]

This 2-Day Introductory Meditation Program is designed as both an introduction to Puti Meditation and as a means to deepen an already existing Puti Meditation practice. Many participants choose to attend multiple Retreats.

Focus:
During this weekend Students will receive an introduction to Puti Meditation. In depth explanations of Puti's core meditations THE MEDITATION OF GREATER ILLUMINATIONS and MEDITATION OF PURITY. Following this weekend students will learn a foundational meditation practice.

Hours of Instruction:
run from 10:30-17:30, with a lunch break from 13:30 to 14:30

Fees: FREE (donations are nonetheless welcome).

Objectives:
For health of body and mind, a Two-Day Introductory Class conducted in English for new Puti Meditation enthusiasts. Classes will focus on basic Puti techniques.

DROP-IN MEDITATION SESSIONS(FREE)


Every Thurday & Saturday evening (19:00-21:30), the Puti Meditation Centre offers group meditations, lectures, healings free of charge all led by highly experienced Puti Meditation Instructors. These sessions are not offered on Saturdays during which the above programs are being conducted.

All are welcome!

 

EIGHT-DAY PUTI MEDITATION RETREAT [Mandarin]

Objectives:
To deepen students’ general understanding and ability with the fundamental techniques of Puti Meditation (the meditations of “Greater Illumination” and “Purity”). To strengthen students’ immune systems, counter illnesses, and holistically enhance body and mind within a short period of time. Puti Meditation can also be exceptionally beneficial for students struggling with weight-loss and skin conditions.

MIND LEAP PROGRAM [Mandarin]

Objectives
Puti Meditation MIND LEAP techniques help practitioners access natural energies, develop their mental potential, and achieve obvious improvements in memory, concentration, visualization and learning ability. Results are greatest in children and teens.
