Applications will be viewed on a first-come-first-serve basis. Early application is encouraged. Eligible applicants will be sent written notice (by fax, email and phone), containing detailed information about the program and fees. If not accepted, applicants will be given the details of this decision, and no fees will be charged. |

The College charges only the necessary amount of tuition required for its continued operation. Tuition fees must be paid by the due date in cash, money order, bank draft or personal cheque (from a Canadian bank), and may be delivered by mail or in person. Please make cheques and orders payable to The Canada Bodhi Dharma Society. We do not accept credit cards or debit cards. An official receipt will be issued on the first day of class. Cheques that are declined due to insufficient funds will require repayment in the form of a certified cheque, plus a $25 service charge (charged by the bank). |

For any unforeseeable reason, students may withdraw from the program. A written withdrawal request must be submitted within two days of the program start date, in which case 50% of the tuition will be refunded. After the first two days of classes, no refund will be provided. |
