The job responsibilities include translating any college related documents, such as news articles, business documents, students’ stories, as well as interpretation, proof-reading, editing, etc. Applicants whose resumes are suitable will be sent the short “sample translation assignment” to prepare prior to the interview. • Terms of Employment: Permanent; full time; day
• Salary: $8 - $12

• Education: University level; major in Linguistics, Literature, Language Studies or Translation preferred
• Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): degree, diploma or certificate in translation an asset
• Experience: Related experience would be an asset
• Languages: Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in both English and Chinese
• Work Setting: Private corporation
