TWO-DAY INTRODUCTORY PROGRAM IN VANCOUVER REACHES ALL NATIONALITIES

50 English speaking students participated in a Two-day Introductory Meditation Program at PUTI meditation college in Richmond BC Canada, students came from many areas of the lower mainland of BC, and included many different nationalities, including Egyptian, Romanian, British, Asian and Russian. Religious backgrounds of the students included Christian, Muslin, Jewish and Buddhist.

On arrival the students were given a warm welcome by PUTI core students. On this happy occasion PUTI Meditation College removed any barriers of language and culture, opening the doors of PUTI meditation to all cultures and beliefs.

Josef Ferguson; Director of English Programming at the centre led the Two-days with the support of many other dedicated volunteers.

Over the Two-days students were given in depth explanations of PUTI’s core meditations THE MEDITATION OF GREATER ILLUMINATION and MEDITATION OF PURITY following the guidance of master JINBODHI on film, following the instruction students then practiced for themselves the core meditations and experienced their health benefits. Without exception students reported a positive experience with PUTI meditation particularly in their practice of GREATER ILLUMINATION.

Many students experienced
"A profound energy", "Healing light", As well as "a peaceful awareness of everything".

For the core students present it was very satisfying for them to again witness the easily accessed power of PUTI meditation and it’s rapid benefits to beginner meditators.

In the afternoon of the first day students had the opportunity to view the documentary film "HAPPINESS" a scientific study of how meditation does lead to happiness and peaceful emotions. Following the film students eagerly participated in an energetic discussion on "what does happiness mean to you?"

Throughout the weekend Master JINBODHI’s voice led students in relaxation exercises and meditations proving to us again that Master’s music and beautiful voice touches the heart and soul of all cultures crossing the barriers of language and speaking compassionately to all.

High lights of the second days included an explanation by Nicolas our ageless teacher and brother on the significance and meaning of the Mudras (movements) in THE MEDITATION OF GREATER ILLUMINATION.

Later in the afternoon students participated in a healing exercise facilitated by Eli Yi; Senior Teacher at the centre. This healing exercise gave many positive health benefits with students reporting "Feeling the energy", "Headache is gone", "My
longtime nausea has been removed".

This session by Eli helped students realize that with PUTI healing meditations one connects to a higher life energy available to us from the universe and we are strengthened both in our physical as well as our spiritual health.

Our weekend of meditation closed when our students sat together to share their experiences.

With no exceptions students all related very positive experiences and a meaningful connection with a higher level of energy and peacefulness during meditations.

All students felt their Two-days with PUTI were a heart felt peaceful journey that they wished to repeat.

To all participants in this weekend congratulations and thank you from all of us at PUTI Meditation College.

Please come back soon.
