the Canada Bodhi Dharma Society is presenting information on Puti Meditation via FM96.1, Vancouver’s Chinese Broadcasting Station, from 18:20-19:30 every Monday evening from April 23 to July 16, 2007.
During this 13-week program, the origin, evolution, and unique characteristics of Puti Meditation will be featured. The College’s various programs, including the 2-day Introductory Program, the Meditation and Fitness Retreats and the Level 2─Progressive Meditation Program, will all be highlighted. Testimonies from students who have already experienced Puti Meditation will also be provided.
To date, more than 10 meditation retreats have been offered through the Canadian College; over 1,000 students have experienced the workings of meditation within themselves, thereby improving their mental and physical health. The radio broadcasts will discuss a wide-range of health-related topics including, but not limited to, insomnia, cervical dysplasia, vertebral fracture, migraines, gynecological diseases, post-menopausal syndrome, depression, weight loss, digestive disorders, etc. Meditation’s function in the regulation of internal organs will also be discussed, while students’ stories of emotional awakening, grounding, rediscovery and confidence will be presented.
It is our ardent belief that Puti Meditation can bring health to those who practice it. If you, your family, or friends desire a natural, safe, and effective method of improving health and regulating the mind, please tune in to “Life in Canada Q&A” at FM96.1 every Monday evening to hear more about Puti Meditation.
