The widely-acclaimed "Meditation and Health" radio program of the Greater Vancouver Area is now broadcast live on “Life in Canada Q&A” via 96.1 FM, every Friday from 18:20 to 19:00. Due to the time constraints of our show, many callers, wishing to communicate directly with the meditation teachers and students, have been unable to get through.
